How to fight Candida and why do we need Probiotics?

Did you know that over 70% of Americans have an ongoing candida infection and don't even know it?
Candida is yeast (fungus) that is natural in most mammals. However, there is a specific strain of candida - Candida Albicans - that causes a lot of problems and symptoms include everything from chronic fatigue symptoms, weak immune function, migraines, brain fog, and frequent colds and infections, rashes, and much more.
The problem starts with an imbalance in your gut flora... You see there are actually ten times as many bacterial cells in your body as there are human cells! And the majority of these reside in your gut. Scientists refer to this as the gut ecology.
The problem is that most people's gut ecology is way out of balance and that's when the Candida can grow too much and start to cause problems.
So many people who have candida infections are just told they're crazy by their doctors or that there's nothing actually wrong with them because the symptoms "can't be explained." Others are just diagnosed with the symptoms of candida - chronic fatigue, a respiratory infection, muscle pain, migraines, etc. and then given drugs and treatments to treat the symptoms - but never get to solve the underlying problem - the Candida overgrowth.
What can you do to get your gut ecology back in balance and say goodbye to Candida forever?
According to YeastInfectionNoMore.com, there are several steps that are safe, easy and everyone should be doing anyway for overall health:
1. Stop taking antibiotics
Antibiotics destroy bad bacteria. We all know that - that's why we take them. The problem is that you have Trillions of bacterial cells in your body and they are necessary for good health. You have to have the right bacteria in the right balance to even digest your food and be alive, nonetheless just to feel good and healthy.
When you take antibiotics you damage this natural balance of your gut ecology and that gives Candida and other bad bacteria the chance to grow out of control and make you sick.

2. Take probiotics
Probiotics can help you regrow and rebalance your gut ecology. Almost all of us have had antibiotics in our lifetime and so we need to get back in balance. Most people should supplement for at least one year with probiotics in order to get their gut ecology back to normal and healthy.
There is a plethora of Probiotics to choose from. Some comes in a form of pills, powders and liquids. Some are made with fecal matter some are naturally engineered, organically certified.
Here’s a video that explains you all the most important things to need to know when you want to purchase a  probiotic. You will then be able to compare with other products on the market and make a wise decision for yourself.
