Is there a good Gluten-Free Probiotic?

Probiotics are live organisms that are friendly bacteria that normally live inside our large bowel or colon and are critical to our overall health.
Our body contains billions of beneficial bacteria and microorganisms that assist with digestion and combat the harmful bacterial that can promote disease.  The lack of nutrients in our diet, antibiotics, prolonged illness and aging can deplete the healthy bacteria from the gastrointestinal tract quicker than it can be replenished.
Probiotics help to improve and enhance the function of our gastrointestinal tract, which is the most prominent portion of our entire immune system.  These friendly bacteria assist in our digestion of food and provide nutrients to be absorbed as well. A good example is vitamin B-12, which is naturally produced in the colon but absorbed in the small intestine. However, if the friendly bacteria are not present, our bodies cannot make or absorb this essential nutrient. Vitamin B12 deficiency is linked to anemia and neurological abnormalities.

It has been well-documented that a good source of probiotic bacteria in the diet is helpful and that they are a natural part of the food chain. Modern diets include caffeine, sugar, simple carbohydrates,
preservatives and overly-processed foods. All these factors can lead to reduced levels of probiotic bacteria in the intestinal system, providing an environment for putrefactive bacteria to dominate and lead to poor health. Including Fast-Tract in the diet regularly may help replenish the supply of probiotic bacteria and replace those lost through normal body functioning.
Why do we need Fast-Tract?
1% of the world’s population is considered gluten intolerant. Fast-Tract is GLUTEN FREE, and is an
excellent starting point for people who have food allergies and intolerances. For serious intolerances,
we suggest you drink 50-75 mls a day for 10-14 days to assist the good bacteria to establish themselves in
your digestive system, and then graduate to In-Liven.

Fast-Tract is recommended as part of every start-up program for great intestinal health. Drinking 30 to 50ml of Fast-Tract along with a teaspoon of In-Liven for the first 10-14 days can jump-start the good
bacteria in the digestive system. Then every 3 months a clean-out regime using Fast-Tract along with 3
teaspoons a day of In-Liven over a 10-14 day period is recommended.

Fast-Tract contains approximately two hundred and sixty five million colony forming units per milliliter, compared to the forty million colony forming units found in the nutrient dense In-liven. This means potent gluten free Fast-Tract is particularly beneficial for people who need to re-establish their intestinal gut flora quickly. Ideally the balance of bacteria in the body should be in a ratio of eighty-five per cent good to fifteen per cent bad. Most people have it the other way round. Use gluten free Fast-Tract when the good bacteria in your intestinal tract needs a boost and take nutrient dense In-Liven on a daily basis to top up your good bacteria and supply many of the broad spectrum nutrients your body needs.
